Problem z konfiguracją HTTPS na Apache (owncloud)

Próbuję ostatnio skonfigurować owncloud na VPS. Chciałbym, aby wykorzystywany był protokół HTTPS. niestety po konfiguracji jakiej dokonałem przy każdej próbie wywołania pliku PHP otrzymuję error 500
