Problem z locale na debian 7.8

Siemka,

 

No po prostu juz nie daję rady z tym locale po wszystkich poradnikach jakie oblazłem to wciąż nie działa ...

 

VPS mam z BlazingFast.io od tego supportu dostałem do wpisania formułkę :

 

Please run this command to fix it :
aptitude -y install locales-all

 

 

 

Ale nadal to nie działa ...
