Dokładnie:

Pomijam kwestie, że te Samsungi nie nadają się do HW Raid, to gdybyś miał taki dysk na HW kontrolerze to by Ci już poleciał z macierzy najprawdopodobniej. Bo w momencie jak jakiś sektor podejmuje próbę przeniesienia to wszystkie operacje na ten czas są zatrzymywane, a u Ciebie o dziwo żaden sektor nie został realokowany, czyli z jakiegoś powodu było to niemożliwe i zapewne zwiesiło ten dysk na dłuższą chwilę.

Odpowiedź supportu: Stan dysku jest odpowiedni, nie posiada krytycznych błędów, nadaje się do użytku i tym samym nie zostanie wymieniony.

Już pozdrowiłem i zrezygnowałem z usług. Pewnie już ktoś inny tą maszynę dostał bo kolejka u nich dłuuuga.

A w jaki sposób odczytać dane SMART z dysków podłączonych do kontrolera MegaRAID :>?

 

Ogólnie w systemie widzę jeden dysk (na serwerze mam 2xSSD) czy tak powinno być w MegaRAIDzie?

Jednak jak jak biorę ./smartcheck.sh to nic mi się nie wyświetla. Chamody dla skryptu sh są poprawne.

a zainstalowałes smarta i ten skrypt?

Smarta miałem od razu domyślnie zainstalowanego, musiałem jedynie chmody nadać (755) bo był brak dostępu.

 

A skrypt ściągnąłem, nadałem chmody i na początku miałem komunikat:

It seems you have no smartmontools installed. Install it to proceed.

 

 

Po nadaniu CHModów dla smartcl komunikat znikł jednak skrypt pokazuje puste pole

 

 

Ogólnie na świeżej instalce Debiana na drugim dedyku o podobnej konfiguracji (3xSSD i MegaRAID) też ten skrypt nic nie wyświetla.

Niestety pokazało tylko to (n zmieniłem na 0, 1, 2 i dla każdej wartości to samo):

Osobiście się na to nigdy nie natknąłem. Na początek spróbowałbym skompilować najnowszego smartmontools'a i jeżeli to by nie pomogło to bawiłbym się w kombinowanie.
