Problem z serwerem/Httpd

Witam problem polega na tym że nie mogę zainstalować pewnego skryptu gdyż przy próbie wejścia w folder instalacyjny, otrzymuje taki oto komunikat:

Daj tu plik step1.php w znacznikach źródło bądź wklej na wklej.to

Plik jest zakodowany i nie mam do niego dostępu.

Dodam iż na apache skrypt się uruchamia, a z tego względu że korzystam z da to musi być on na silniku httpd.
