Problem może leżeć w płycie głównej, ale raczej OVH tego nie wytłumaczysz, a nawet nie uda się zrobić aktualizacji bios'u. Po 91 dniach mieli awarie sieci (teoretycznie) i wprowadzili mi dedyk w tryb rescue z którego już niechce obecnie wyjść. kernel.log: Nov 20 16:30:00 ns3342317 kernel: imklog 5.8.11, log source = /proc/kmsg started. McAs 28 Zgłoś post Napisano Listopad 21, 2013 Test netbota wyszedł tak samo (negatywnie) Dnia 19.11.2013 była rzeczywiście awaria w datacenter SGB-1. Opisana została ona na stronie prac:http://prace.ovh.pl/?do=details&id=16794Jednak to co się działo z Państwa serwerem nie jest efektem tej awarii, a konfiguracji oprogramowania na serwerze, który uruchomił sie po przywróceniu zasilania w szafie. Operacje, które zostały przeprowadzone przez OVH podczas gdy serwer nie uruchamiał się bezpośrednio z dysku:Państwa serwer uruchamiał się. Sieć była dostępna wyłącznie w trybie diagnostycznym - w trybie rescue.Dlatego też technik wskazywał na to, iż podczas startu z dysku serwer się uruchamia poprawnie. Ekran logowania jest dostępny, jednak sam serwer nie jest dostępny w sieci.Kolejnym krokiem diagnostyki jest uruchomienie serwera z wykorzystaniem kernela ładowanego z sieci. Jeśli jest problem z działaniem własnie kernela a nie konfiguracji samego serwera serwer powinien się uruchomić i sieć powinna być dostępna. Po tej operacji nadal nie był on dostępny.Kolejnym krokiem jest uruchomienie serwera w trybie diagnostycznym - trybie rescue. Serwer się uruchomił poprawnie, uzyskał dostęp do sieci. Zatem problem nie był w w działaniu sieci czy osprzetu serwera, a konfiguracji oprogramowania lub konfiguracji sieci na serwerze. Wskazał zatem problem i zalecił poprawienie.Takie operacje są poza zakresem działań administratorów OVH. Konfiguracje oprogramowania jest po Państwa stronie bądź też Państwa administratora.The server has started (login is requested on the screen) but inaccessible by the network (not pinging).Actions:Rebooting the server to rescue mode (Linux)result:Boot OK. Rescue mode accessible.recommendations:Software configuration to be corrected by customerPrzesłałem też taką informacje przekazaną od administratora Państwu wczoraj.Dalej nasz administrator zaproponował podłączenie się bezpośrednio do serwera przy użyciu KVMa, poprosił też o hasło do konta root. Uprzedził iż taka operacja może kosztować 80euro+VAT plus 20euro+VAT za podłączenie odpowiednich urządzeń do serwera.Wiadomość od technika pozostałą bez podpowiedzi, Państwo przeprowadzili reinstalacje serwera.Serwer obecnie uruchamiany jest z dysku, ma dostęp do sieci. Ok wracając do tematu to pomogła reinstalacja. Według technika winna konfiguracja sieci na serwerze( nie zmieniona od ok.100 dni - ale nie ważne - śmiech na sali) - a uptime rzędu 91 był. Defakto co do błędu RAM , nawet na oryginalnym kernelu 2.6.32.22 PVE błąd ten występuje, a server działa. No nic dziękuję OVH za ten jak zwykle wspaniały support.
