Problem z mod_rewrite, .htaccess

Witam!

 

Mam pewien problem.

Mam plik .htaccess a w nim:

Options +FollowSymLinks

RewriteEngine On

 

RewriteRule ^index.html$ index.php [L]

Jak dam http://IP/~user/index.html wyświetla mi komunikat:

Not Found

 

The requested URL was not found on this server.

Apache Server at Port

 

Natomiast na koncie admin czyli http://IP/~admin/index.html działa bez problemu.

 

Co może być nie tak?
