we've been pointed to this thread by users of this forum and would like to take a stand on the accusations that have been made:
1. There has never been a fire or other technical problem in our data center. Our uptime is >99,9999% starting from the launch of our internet services in 03/2005.
2. None of the servers of both users accusing us of technical problems in this thread ever had a hard disk crash.
3. All of the servers of both users have been taken offline under our terms of contract. (in case of cxc.pl after an advance notice that has been elongated by us significantly)
4. Our CEO has been massively insulted and threatened by the sales manager of one of both users to being taken care of that no polish customer ever will be using webperoni services again.
5. One day after taking offline the servers a new polish customer signed up for the servers piripiri223.webperoni.de and rocoto169.webperoni.de. You might find the reverse lookup of those servers' ip addresses interesting.
6. We do enjoy business with our east-european customers.
7. We offer paypal as an alternative payment method since 01/2006.
We hope to have brought light into this issue.
